How we work with you.

Eight commitments

  1. We never compete with you.

    Mobile only, no consumer brand of our own, no second property in your market without your agreement.

  2. Your players stay yours.

    Accounts, wallet, data and the relationship. We hold a session token, nothing more.

  3. We fund the platform.

    Platform, games, hosting and device compatibility are our cost, now and over the life of the venture. Launch scope is agreed up front and sized to your property.

  4. We share the upside, not just the revenue.

    New games, roadmap input and feature releases go to every partner as they ship.

  5. We report in full.

    Audit logs, transaction records and performance data are yours on request, in a format your finance and compliance teams can use.

  6. We respect your license.

    We operate inside your responsible gaming framework and only in regulated markets.

  7. You can leave.

    Every JV has a pilot phase and clear exit terms. If it is not working, you walk away with your players and your data.

  8. We give back.

    Ten percent of our share of net revenue goes to a cause you choose, written into the agreement and paid quarterly.
